Ty is owner and Project Manager at Sand Dollar homes, where he brings his client’s vision to life in their dream homes.
Ty was born and raised in Virginia and moved to North Carolina in the 2010’s. In 1997 he began a career in the construction industry as a Project Manager and Safety Director. Through the years he has had many hats in the business as an Estimator, Senior Project Manager, Vice President of Operations and now Owner of Sand Dollar Homes. Ty takes pride in providing the highest caliber of service and build stunning homes in eastern North Carolina.
